Beginning in 2027, a new law will allow you to support Redeemer and to receive a tax credit to offset your donation. For any gift given after January 1, 2027, the federal government will give you a tax credit for 100% of your donation up to $1,700. Indiana also offers a 50% tax credit on donations beyond $1,700, and all donations are also tax-deductible. This makes for a complicated math problem, which we hope that the calculators below will help with.
The first shows you how much of your contribution you will get back on your state and federal taxes. The second shows you how much you could donate based on the amount you have already budgeted for your gift.
